3. Important Restriction on Personal Data

You must NOT input personal data relating to students or identifiable individuals.

This includes:

  • Names or initials
  • Personal identifiers
  • Medical or psychological details linked to individuals

You may only provide class-level summaries.

We are not responsible for personal data submitted in breach of this rule.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Generate lesson plans
  • Store and manage your plans
  • Improve system performance and outputs
  • Monitor usage and prevent misuse

6. AI Processing

To generate lesson plans, your inputs are processed by third-party AI providers including:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic

These providers process data on our behalf.

We take reasonable steps to ensure they meet appropriate data protection standards.

7. Data Storage

  • Data is stored using Supabase (EU-based infrastructure)
  • Servers are located in the European Union
  • Data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

We may share data with:

  • AI providers (for generation)
  • Payment providers (e.g. Stripe)
  • Hosting providers (e.g. Supabase)

All third parties are required to handle data securely.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data:

  • While your account is active
  • For a reasonable period after deletion (for legal or operational reasons)

You may request deletion at any time.
